Complaints/Returns

For returns, we ask you to make use of your right of withdrawal.

If you have a complaint about our swimming aids, we ask you to proceed as follows:

Please send by e-mail a copy of the invoice (if available) as well as a photo of the visible defect (mark with a waterproof pen if necessary) and the manufacturer’s batch (this is a one- to two-digit code to the left directly next to the CE mark or the date of manufacture). Please do not forget to include your address.

Your request will be processed immediately.
